Built in 1936, Bethpage is a municipal course on Long Island, New York, comprising 5 courses, with the ‘Black’ only recommended for highly skilled (some say, European!) golfers. It’s hosted the US Open in 2002 and 2009, the PGA Championship in 2019 and The Ryder Cup in 2025, which Europe won - the first team to win an away fixture since 2012.
